BURLINGTON PROSPECT

The Burlington Prospect is a high potential Hackberry oil prospect that is leased, R-T-D and has 40% WI remaining. We are looking for an investor and/or operator to take all or a portion of the remaining 40%. Burlington is not a wildcat nor a low risk prospect but could well qualify as a moderate risk prospect with wildcat size reserve potential – 27,000,000 BO. If we find only about half of the oil reserves that we believe could be there – say 12,500,000 BO that represents $1 BILLION in revenue based on $80/BO. Burlington is a multi-well potential Hackberry oil prospect - located in Jeff Davis Parish (about 50 miles NE of Lake Charles, LA.). It has solid subsurface and 3-D seismic support. We have 135 sq mile of 3-D seismic which was shot by Sonat and subsequently reprocessed. A Direct Hydrocarbon Indicator was produced by Seismic Inversion seismic processing which further supports the productive potential of the prospect . Additionally it has strong geologic fundamentals in that the two target zones (H-3 @ 10,500' and H-4 @ 11,000') are both 4-way dip closures beneath the H-1 which is the 4-way dip feature @ 10,000' that produced 3,000,000 BO – thus the H-1 demonstrated the trapping ability of this domal feature.
